JMFOA International was formed to bring every JMFOA chapter together as one united global body — alumni and teachers working together for the betterment of our faculty, our community and the wider world.

JMFOA International's mission is to unite and empower JMF medical professionals globally to enhance healthcare access, promote medical research, and advocate for the well-being of the Tamil community. We strive to work collaboratively, leveraging our collective expertise, resources, and networks, to address healthcare disparities and contribute to improving healthcare standards among Tamils worldwide.

We envision a future where all Tamils, regardless of geographical location, have access to high-quality healthcare, benefit from innovative medical research, and enjoy improved health outcomes. Through strategic partnerships, advocacy efforts, and knowledge sharing, we aim to create a global healthcare network that fosters collaboration and promotes equitable healthcare for all.
Our Strategic Goals
1. Enhance Healthcare Access
JMFOA International aims to improve healthcare access for the Tamil community by expanding the reach of JMFOA chapters to countries where there is a lack of representation. This includes establishing new chapters, collaborating with local healthcare providers, and supporting initiatives that address healthcare disparities in underserved areas.
2. Promote Medical Research and Development
We strive to foster a culture of research and innovation within the Tamil medical community. JMFOA International will support and facilitate collaborative research projects, encourage knowledge exchange among chapters, and promote advancements in medical technology and practices that are specifically tailored to meet the needs of the community.
3. Advocate for Health Equity
