Every year the global JMFOA family meets in person. The International Conference rotates from country to country, hosted by the local chapter — and it is where JMFOA International itself began.

The founding gathering — JMFOA International was established in London, uniting all chapters into one global body.

Innovation, Advocacy & Celebration
The 2025 JMFOA International Conference ran July 25 – August 3, 2025 in Toronto & Markham, Canada, uniting Tamil medical professionals, alumni and families.
Global Health Summit
Held on July 26 at the Scarborough Civic Centre, under the motto “Connect – Innovate – Empower”, with keynote speakers including Roy Ratnavel and former federal health minister Mark Holland, and greetings from MPP Logan Kanapathi and the Hon. Gary Anandasangaree.

20th International Conference
October 2 – 4, 2026 at the iconic Adelaide Oval, South Australia — the 20th International CME & Dinner Dance, hosted by JMFOA Australia.
Annual General Meeting
The JMFOA International Annual General Meeting was held during the Adelaide conference, bringing every chapter together in one room.
How it works
Hosting rotates among the chapter countries each year. Between conferences, the chapters stay connected through regular monthly meetings of the Executive Committee.
